Family Nutritionist and Picky Eating Expert, Danielle Binns, recently started solids with baby#3 and here is what she had to say:

“It’s my third time around the ‘feeding solids’ block and I finally did things in the best way.

There’s so much pressure on us, as parents, to feed our kids the right foods in the right way.  But ‘right’ means different things to different people.

For you, baby-led-weaning your child may be what felt best.
For another parent, it might be pureed chicken liver and bone broth.

For myself, feeding my family of five was a lot on top of everything else in our lives.  So I grasped simplicity where I could as we started solids.

As long as Mackenzie was getting the best foods for her, it was right for us.

So here’s what I did.”
